Since I spent last Saturday cooking up and freezing about 40 different recipes, I decided I should make a menu plan for dinners. I used to plan our meals ahead all the time, but have gotten out of the habit lately. My whole day goes so much better when I know what we’re going to be eating for dinner each night.
So, here’s what’s on the menu for this week:
Monday: Chicken and Ham dinner (a new recipe, a hotdish that has chicken, ham, potatoes and veggies)
Tuesday: Meatloaf and potatoes
Wednesday: Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Thursday: Crock pot pork roast
Saturday: Picnic in the park with family
